Why Puerto Rico?
While most people typically think of "San Juan" as being the
destination in Puerto Rico, we are here to tell you that San Juan is
only PART of Puerto Rico. Each area of the island offers up its own
unique flavor. The west coast of Puerto Rico is really a hidden
treasure in the Caribbean. Aside from having some of the most
spectacular diving in the Caribbean, the general attitude of the
west coast residents makes this side of the island feel like a world
away from San Juan - almost like you are on a completely different
island!
Also, if you want to travel in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico is one of
the easiest places to get to. San Juan serves as the main "hub" in
the Caribbean! Many flights are direct from the Midwest and eastern
United States (3-5 hours flight time). All major carriers arrive in
San Juan (approximately 3 hour drive to our west coast). Jet Blue,
Continental and PanAm Airlines offer flights into Aguadilla
(northwest corner of the island).
