MOLASSES BARGE
The Molasses Barge was sunk 8-17-1988. The Molasses Barge was a 250
foot container barge used for transporting molasses to a New York
based distillery. She was sunk intact by opening her ballast tanks.
She now sits upright in 78 feet of water, on the
Garden State Reef
site in NJ.
