CONDITIONS:
This little beach
offers easy parking, excellent visibility and a gradual sloping
bottom. Many area dive shops actually use the spot for their open
water training
sessions. Diver, Ed Slater reports that to the right
of the parking lot is a patch of
eel grass. It's
here that divers with a good eye for detail can usually spot sea
horses. On the east side of the parking lot, straight out of the
small jetty, divers will find the remains of an old wooden barge.
The best time to dive here is at
High Slack.
