BUOY 4 BARGE
This steel hopper barge sits upright on a sand bottom. Many years
ago Buoy 4 marked the South West corner of this fish haven. Very
close to the Fran S wreck. This
barge was located on a 270 degree compass course from the old Buoy
#4, hence the name.
