MYRONUS
The 118 foot three masted schooner Myronus was run down by the
steamer Tennessee on August 12,1907. The schooner sank immediately
taking four crew members to a watery grave.
Today the remains of a wreck thought to be the Myronus lie scattered
in 60 feet of water a few miles east of Steaford Shoal.
