Sunk 9-10-1987,
Shark River Artificial reef NJ.. The Sam Berman was
a 160 foot, navy oiler built at the Bushey Shipyard in Brooklyn in
1947. She was sunk intact with explosives as an artificial reef. She
now sits in 124 feet of water.
